    I doubt it is that long, but he probably needs longer than most because he needs to be able to start and stop on it.

    i agree though, no one should be celebrating this, he is a lifelong rocket and a dedicated and accomplished one at that. he has been underpaid, underestimated and under-appreciated all his career. as true rockets fans, we must respect him and wish him the best throughout his career.

    To me losing AB for extended period of time is more devastating than the 0-5 start against some pretty good Western conference teams.

    not necessarily...I'm guessing that just means no fracture. A very severe sprain could keep him out over a month, maybe close to two.

    I hope Yao leave and sign with a another team next year...GOD everything about the Rockets are awful for now. From management to coaches....it's awful.
