In the long run.. its better for Brooks' confidence. They still believe in Brooks (i do too) that he can be a good starting PG. I dont think Adelman is willing to crush Brooks' confidence by starting Lowry over him right now.

I guess they knew what they were doing when they traded Rafer to Orlando. Games like that WILL happen.

The thing is, why the hell play Aarpn for freaking 35 minutes when Kyle Lowry who played only [/b]15 minutes[/b] had a VERY nice game...

I just don't understand that. Looks like Adelman is not making adustments. It is like starters always have to be on the floor in the 4th... He did the same thing with Rafer.

in those 15 minutes, he had 5 fouls. Also, during the 2nd quarter I think Lowry had a minor injury.

That is the problem with his. They say he is a good defender but he always fouls...

But still, we had nothing to lose. We needed a penetrator and Lowry should have been on the court.

While its true that Lowry shouldve been the one out there, you cant really fault Adelman. Brooks was doing a decent job against Rose before he went berserk. Rose was shooting around 5/15 before the run.

If you want to blame Adelman for something, blame him for not being able to set a counter for fronting defense.

Inexperience is not a problem. This team doesnt expect to contend. But will Brooks get better? Will tomorrow's Brooks be today's Head? Head got all the hypes in his 1st 2 seasons until the fans turn against him. It looks like the same old story.

It wasn't Brooks fault. It was Adelman for not pulling him in earlier and then for not sticking in Mutombo or someone to block/change some damn shots when Rose went into nba jam mode

Brooks has all the tools to succeed. The problem is he is playing like Luther Head right now...Uncertainty when he gets in the lane. Lazy bounce passes in the lane. These are things he can correct, or he better before the playoffs get here.

We lost this game with 5min left in the quarter. I could tell we looked lost when they started pressing, and it showed. This loss falls squarely on Adelman. He was trying to play it safe and ride out the lead, but that was a bad decision on his part. Hopefully he will not slack up like that in the future.

    Here's to the next game.

    Go Rockets!

    10-2.....

And both of those losses had another player take the ball out of his hands late in the game...San Antonio (we blew a 10 point lead with 4 minutes left because TMac took the ball away) and now Chicago (Blow a 17 point lead with 6 minutes left because Ron took the ball away), the key is getting Aaron to KEEP the ball away from them...

AB will grow, he will be fine.

And with Rafer, the team would not have a lead to begin with.....

    :D

10-2, 10-2, I am so tired of people using smartass argument while it really amount to nothing. Didn't Rafer win 22 consecutive last season, and 50+ wins each season for you? Where does that get him to? Or re you saying Brooks will win at 5:1 ratio forever? How do you know, with rafer, "the team would not have a lead to begin with"? Didn't he lead the team in some blowouts prior to the trade? What margin does Ab's shooting brings over RA? compared to other PGs in the west?
