Accepted his role, stepped up when we had guys hurt, and overall seemed like a great dude. Best of luck AB
Problem with his is that he's always been an SG in a PG's body. He's redundant with Harden. The guy can ball, though. I think Denver will be surprised.
the final remnant. goodluck AB. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/m6_wHPmZLeU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I'm thinking Morey did this partly as a favor to Aaron, to put him someone where he could get more minutes. He deserved it for doing his job here, and no complaining You mean, George Karl. Do they still go small like that?
Definitely going to miss you, AB. Definitely going to miss your deadly 3s. Have fun in your new team.

till next... Don't know why, I have the feeling we haven't see the last from Brooks in Rockets uniform.
I've been looking for that Yao Ming picture at the Olympic with this little Brooks holding his hand. Can someone post it?
Really sad about this. Aaron Brooks is a Rocket. We shouldn't of let him go for such a small upgrade.
But I also appreciate the fact that he needs playing time to earn himself a contract next year and ultimately it was his decision to accept the trade.
So sad to see Aaron go. If we somehow win the championship in the immediate future, he should get some notoriety of some type. Ever since he was first brought here, he has always been professional and so willing to do whatever was asked of him. You can tell he really loves Houston. He could have gotten way more money and guaranteed playing time if he signed somewhere else both times we brought him back. But he always chose Houston. I won't be surprised if we brought him back one day. Maybe to end his career as some sort of glory tour? I would love to see that happen.
I was pretty down on Brooks at the end of his first stint here, with the whole leaving the bench thing and the rest of the sulking. This time around, I've been really thrilled with his professionalism and how he's handled his unpredictable minutes and third-string role. If he agreed to this trade, it means he thinks going to a lottery team to get more minutes is a positive move for his career and I certainly agree with him. Hopefully the atmosphere in Denver is far less toxic than the Sacramento one he faced after he left Houston last time; I think it will be. Good job holding it down through the injuries this year Aaron, and go earn yourself a decent payday with the backup job in Denver!
AB would've helped us tonight big time. He ain't afraid of the pressure like some of our other players. Gonna miss the fella.
