    nyc is the greatest city on earth. there really isn't a close second. if you prefer living a more provincial life, then houston is not a bad place to be.

    Many people (including myself) can't stand the hell hole that NYC is. I've been working up there the past 3 months and the place is a crowded, concrete mess filled with angry, rude people. Some place.

    Some of the best comedians ever lived started their stand up in Houston. Bill Hicks to name a few, not sure if Kinison started it here...

    I've never been to NY but I've heard alot of similar things. Too cold, people are rude, etc.

    Cali is where its at. Whether you like the chill life of the Yay Area or the crazy LA lifestyle, it offers it all. And the girls there are easy and they know what they are doing.

    Best state in this country by far. If only they had a better governor.

    I don't know about being the greatest city in the world, but my vote for greatest North American city is Vancouver, BC.
