    Mine happened almost 11 years ago, but mine knocked me to my knees.

    I thought I was kicked by a mule, pop was loud.

    I went on yt and someone said that you could tear it if all of sudden you started playing sports at a heavy pace. Basically to work your way up ,not trying to do or play alot in a short period of time
