Agreed. Yao should stop his routine pre-game shootouts to save some energy. Also, he should use more glass, it is more efficient, just look at his last shot in game 5! Yao should bank it the ball more!

I keep hearing that Yao isn't fully recovered from his injury, hence the slow movement and all that. That's probably the reason, I think. He'll come back strong eventually.

I expect Yao to have his best game yet. Partly because he is due, partly because boozer can't be this difficult every night, partly because I expect the help defense to improve and allow him to conserve a bit on the defensive end... but most of all... because the roleplayers are finally shooting well enough to warrant some attention. This has to free Yao, and probably Tmac up at least a LITTLE more, and maybe that's all Yao needs to hit his stride as we all know he can.

He's contributed fine, and had to fight hard for every bit of it, but I think he is poised to have his best game of the series if the roleplayers can hit a couple of early baskets and get us on top quickly.

    To summarize:

    1) JVG doesn't trust his bench players
    2) JVG is using Yao and Mac a lot because all other players can't score
    3) As a result, Yao's getting tired.

And he went on to blame everything bad about Yao on 3).

Feigen from Chron replied my message saying the shoot around is not the issue for Yao's fatigue. I replied and asked what it is the issue then. He didn't reply.
