The Rockets must focus on what is fair. Dream's offer versus Cato's salary is totally unfair to Dream. With that being said, we have paid Dream for 2 or 3 years with minimal return on our investment. As a result, I think the current offer is fair in light of the fact that we will finish no higher than 6 in the Western Conference playoff seeding and lose in the 1st round.
