the funny thing is they keep saying we are delusional. nobody has argued that Young has had a better career. young is a heisman finalist probably ahead of lienart. we aren't arguing anything differently from that, yet we're delusional.

Young, Bush and Vick were this season's hype machines. Bowl games are about money, period (the reason why Oregon probably will get shut out and ND will be the top pick outside the national championship game). Don't make it like the media doesn't choose certain players to hype every single year.

My point exactly, when their best offensive threat is limited to 131 carries for a year, it's tough to have a good year. I do not question the heart and hustle the UM players have put into this season. However, when you lose your starting RB and you have a brand-new QB, you do not have a good team. They've managed to pull through with some good victories and some heart-breaking loses, and I think this should be a very good moral victory to the UM team and fans. At the same time, the bottom line is that they've failed to execute when they needed to execute which led to their 7-4 record.

if you're going keep going back to 14 months ago, when young had nothing but freshman receivers to work with then I quit. that's stupid.

I attend UT and will be graduating in May.

I know where this is going...we're all homers because we think it's possible for VY to be as good as Leinart.

Funny how we overlook his costly turnovers that game that were related directly to his attempt to pass.

was he the best, or was he better because he played with young. go look up how his stats improved when young became full time starter.

    hmmm... Jamaal Charles? :D

Reggie Bush is perhaps the most dangerous weapon in college football, but I wish I got to see D'Angelo Williams in action outside of Sportscenter highlights.

He threw 1 INT and had 1 Fumble. One of those is related to his attempt to pass.

The funny thing is, thinking about this thread in review. All these detractors of VY are probably all people from schools that VY has beaten. Talk about drinking the haterade. Their only crutch they can use in arguement is bringing Leinhart and USC into the discussion. Does it make you happy that you can rip on VY? Atleast he's winning games and in the spotlight while the AGgies are playing in the toilet bowl.

I found a funny link on the A&M website.. http://yell.tamu.edu/yells.html

Remember to do the hand signals too. It's not right unless you do the hand signals

The fumble was on him trying to scramble. Using your logic, any fumble by any QB is caused on a passing attempt.

I bash vince young because i think he is overrated and gets too much hype. I think benson was great, ramonce taylor is going to be really good, rod wright is great, huff is great. Just think Young is overrated.

you're right. young had nothing to do with it. or the fact that ut changed its offense because after the senior wideouts graduated the only weapons were young and beson. so they developed a zone read attack where either young or benson got the run and the defense had to commit to one or the other. but having a great runner back their didn't open up any lanes for benson.

i quit with you also. you guys don't even understand football.
