A&M football sucks !

What pisses me off are all these Aggies that have been defending Fran over the past year (not really here, but more on campus).

I swear we are becoming the Chicago Cubs of College Football, and I am not proud of that at all.

The Cubs? Don't see it, take heart in the fact that very few people outside of Texas know or care much about Texas A&M.

 

nice! society has not given much importance to the underhanded jab in the recent past. we shall start here with its glorious resurgence.

We lost 3 games by what... 6 points? This board hates us. Jesus. No compliments anywhere? How bout the defensive effort in the 2nd half. Keep in mind a roughing the passer call lead to the Nebraska TD... How bout watching a team that still runs the ball. Oh wait... Yall love gimmick offenses these days I forgot. Go Tech.... NOT (borat style). Im not a die hard super crazy gig em suicide bomber Aggie. But yall are pissing me off. I cant wait til we eat Texas, TT, and the rest of the Big 12 in basketball.

 

At least we do have BBall to look forward to for once.

 

I just got back from Kyle Field, and that make two losses in a row. This team has talent, plays hard, and are good. But, they are not anywhere close to being an elite team. We have gotten good recruits and they play well, but we are too inconsistent. We aren't playing 4 quarters of football and our defenes makes good plays, but they can't do it when it really counts. The same can be said for our offense.

I put a lot of this on Fran's shoulders, but I am pretty sure he will be back next year. We have a pretty tough schedule, and to bring in a new coach before such a season would be unfair.

so far under Fran, the Aggies are winless vs. OU, Nebraska and UT. how long will the Aggies' patience last??

 

I just got back from the game and I am obviously disappointed. However, this team is on the way up. Realistically, the Aggies could be 11-0 right now. Last second hail mary loss to Texas Tech. 1 point loss to both Tech and Nebraska. I'm not saying that A&M is anywhere near Texas right now, but Texas also needed heroics to beat Nebraska and Tech. I'm disappointed, but I am optimistic. Texas is clearly the better team now, but I wouldn't be surprised if this rivalry evens up in the near future. In the last 25 years, A&M owned the Longhorns for the 80's and most of the 90's. Texas has had the series since then. I'm looking forward to a good game on T+1.

 

I hate Fran as a coach, but seeing the team this season, I am willing to be patient with him.

Does anyone remember the stat they mentioned during the game for Lane going for it on 3rd or 4th down with 2 or less yards to go and successfully getting it?

 

I guess UT is overated and sucks. Cause they are getting trounced by Kansas St. !!!!
