Isn't McGrady's quote from post-game comments? If Shaq praised Yao to T-Mac during the trade period, that wouldn't influence Tracy's comments from January 25th.

I was thinking that Shaq has talked to T-Mac in the past about Yao, not necessarily just during the whole trading period. But, THIS IS PURE SPECULATION. There is no proof whatsoever that any of this happened. I just found it to be an interesting leap to conclusions.

That part about JVG saying Weatherspoon isn't a "mistake player" and he doesn't turn it over, that's why JVG couldn't wait to get rid of Francis. Looks like our new team is goibg to be smoking.
