I watched one game of his team. Great speed, nice handles, nice shooting touch... can be a project to aim for the NBA.

YUP Yang Ming kept scoring 41 points (twice) and 34 points for the past 3 games now. He got game.....almost got a triple double in the game with Zhejiang: 34 points/7 rebounds/8 assists. But his other theam mates sux and that is pulling his hind legs.

IIRC, hotballa is chinese so that makes it okay. Just like how some blacks address each other as *****s.

You know what I'm Chinese too and I'm offended by this, just like I'm certain that there are blacks that are offended by being called the N-word.

I wonder where they came up with the idea for that symbol? It looks strangely familiar. ;)

If he's not Chinese, he needs to be banned for such racist remark.

If he is Chinese, he needs to be banned also. It's NOT ok to use that term even he's Chinese, because people here WILL be offended, and there is no part in the Chinese American culture that suggests the OKness of using such terms toward themselves. Moreover, if he's Chinese, he can't tell the different looks among his own people? So his mom and dad look the same to him?

Therefore, he is either a racist or a liar. Solution: ban him!

    Sun Yue

Going to a league where we typically don't expect to find NBA draft prospects, we find Sun Yue putting up a crazy stat-line in the American ABA league. The 6-8 Yue, a 1985 prospect, is billed as a combo guard type with reasonably good athletic ability and nice ability on the defensive end. After playing with the Yao Ming and the Chinese men's national team this past summer, Yue joined this minor-league from China with his team Aoshen Olympian and had an impressive line in his game earlier this week with 12 points, 14 rebounds, 12 assists, 8 blocks, and 4 steals. It's impossible to tell how serious this league or stat-line is without watching Yue play, but its at least notable enough to take notice of and follow up on.
