I'd have been upset, people have no respect for jack anymore. If there'd have been two guys in the car, you'd have the right of way.
I used to drive a neon blue geo tracker with hot pink decals. I pulled major ass in that thing. No lie.
Dude, I guess it's the fact that a woman knows that you are not afraid to rock something that is pink. Cars, shoes, or clothes can all be done if pulled off correctly. (Don't go overboard with it though, I'm talking just a few dashes of pink here and there. Not full blown pink car, with pink shoes, and a pink shirt that you all had to buy at Lady's Footlocker. I say not that because I have heard of guys going to Lady's Foot Locker to buy pink stuff when it was more in style. No lie.)
Battles was good. It was the first time seeing them live for me, but I've been listening to their album for a while. The crowd was really out of it, since what I heard was almost 30-40% of the crowd got in the show for free. They apparently were giving away free tickets at Sound Exchange. I got some free tickets b/c I knew one of the band members from an earlier act. But really the crowd was really out of it, as no one was clapping/cheering after the songs. Then towards the end a good 25% of people had already left as it was rounding near 1AM. I haven't seen that an apathetic crowd in a long time even though it was quite full.
"A homosexual jumped on my car" is in the running for thread title of the year. I don't know why some people act the way they do, having common sense/courtesy not to do stupid sh*t like that is regarded as normal in my book.. but when you expect people to act that way.. all the sudden you're intolerant.. oh well.
36. But when I go to shows at Emos, I always drink tons of substandard beer and feel like crap the next morning. Too busy at work today to start the day off hungover.
