If you guys have noticed, most of these stories are outdoors.. Most ghost stories generate from countries where there is lots of greenery.. The Middle East is just different. I'd love to talk about it, but recently I heard it's not good to talk about these things. I'll mention one thing though. There's the FAMOUS town of Nizwa in Oman, where black magic reigns. It is considered the city of black magicians. I'm talking serious stuff here. Anyway, so we're driving back to the U.A.E. from Oman, and we pass through Nizwa. Everyone is freaking out, and wouldn't you know it, the car decides to just stop in the middle of nowhere. You have no idea the HORROR stories that come out of this place. We're in a clear area, where you can see everything (some hotels, mosques, buildings), but far away from all of it. These 2 cats don't stop bothering us, and the only choice we had was to sleep in a tent in the middle of nowhere, and it was the longest night of my life. Apparently, at some point during that night, my friend got up, fed the 2 cats and came back to the tent. First thing in the morning, car runs, no problem, we're on our way. Just being in that city, you get the eeriest feeling, like the air you breathe is heavier, the night is darker, the roads are loooooonger. I don't know if you'll find anything online, but this city has to be the KING of "ghost" towns.
