I'm the last person he should be worried about. Cause in the end TABC is gonna do him in. Last week some of my co-workers friends got $h!t faced at Michael's and left. Well they got in a wreck, and guess what? unfortunately the passenger died. He was a good friend of my co-worker. Well...if you don't already know...TABC regulations stipulate (Dram Shop Laws) that the victims family has a case against the establishment that let him drive in that condition. If the family's lawyer pursues legal action against the club, which I suspect he'll do they can take our liquor license. Which means the club will be shut down. The owner is crapping his pants right now...so as I said before...I'm the last of his worries. I'm better off going to work at another club, cause right now it's not looking too good for him and Michael's. Oh well.
