I've been talking on this board about a sports program that I'm trying to get off the ground. Even though I don't post much I've been around this board for a long time. This is so important to me I'm doing everything I can to get started and I really have nothing to start with.

    This is my plan:

Year 1 – Launch Sum Team Sports by organizing a Basketball Program. This year is already complete. I had two basketball teams each coached by high school coaches. At some practices we had as many as 20 boys and up to 3 high school basketball coaches and a college coach who were all volunteers.

Year 2 – Raise Money and Form and Organization, Create a Profit Center and Begin Expansion into Other Communities. This is where I am now. I want to be able to raise enough money to continue the program for a few months. I am already short and have had to put some things on hold. I want to raise $20,000. About $5000 would be used to continue the program and $15,000 would go to take to an accountant to form the organization and launch the primary organization. I already know who all the players will be. I already know what the profit centers will be. I just need to get the funds to launch. This is not just a business where I'm trying to get free money to start it. I'm doing this because I have seen so much good done for kids (and adults) in the program so far and I just want to keep it going.

Year 3 – Continue Work with other Organizations and Rent or Lease Facilities. I have some great ideas for how to do this and I have already have lots of experience working closely with organzations like Parks Departments, Fieldhouses, Churches, YFC, FCA, YMCA, colleges, middle schools, high schools and other private sports programs.

Year 4 – Purchase Land and begin to Build a Sports Complex. I have a friend that has done this with a girls soccer club. He has close to 100 girls playing for him now.

Year 5 – Continue Growth. This is something I want to continue to grow and expand all over the country. Even if I don't personally have control I would like to enable the same kind of efforts in other locations.

    I need your help.
