I think a critical achiement in the second half this year is that the team start to play like a team now, they start to have identity, everyone plays hard, both on D and on O. They are sharing the ball, they are moving. They are not perfect, but they never lack effort. It is a big achivement. Of course, passing 1st round is also an achivement. We should be realistic: When was the last time that a team win it all after they have never pass 1st round for 10+ years?
