The sad part is that conspiracy theories of the government staging the attacks will live until the last moron dies.

 

Yeah, like when the government didn't lie about OKC and we had that rash of truck bombs after that.

I think terrorists know that truck bombs can work quite well. They wouldn't need damage at the Pentagon to confirm that. The truck/car bomb is a staple of Middle East terrorism and has been used by both foreign and domestic terrorists in the United States (the first attack on the WTC was with a truck bomb).

For that matter, for the Government's lie to hold (if that were the case), they still would've had to have been in on it since they were able to take control of an airplane and make it disappear.. and do all this before they were supposedly aware that any other planes were going to be hijacked that day.
