Portland is a really cool town. Also, that is where Love played HS ball.

I'm sure all of these buddy-buddy superstars all talk about teaming up together at some point. It doesn't mean it's mathematically possible, though.

    - Portland has one of the most loyal fan bases win or lose.

    - Their owner is one of the richest men in the world.

    - Portland has no sales tax.

    - It's not a huge city but it's a nice place to live and raise a family.

    - Nike World HQ and Adidas are both here.

No sales tax, but one of the highest income taxes in the country. Don't know about you, but I would much rather pay taxes based off what I buy than what I earn. Especially if I was earning NBA money.

Noah would fit that team like a glove.

Why would Love want to go to a team when Aldridge is occupying the same position?

In fact, I don't think any high volume shooting all star would want to go to Portland. So D&R big men like Noah and Hibbert make sense.

Doubtful that Hibbert is beating down the door to get out of Indy.

Are we sure he meant AS players? for all we know, he's talking about players that are participating in the weekend and the writer assumed he meant AS only.

This is going to change when Portland finishes the season in 5th seed and exits in the 1st round...

It really helped in Seattle and Sacramento didn't it?

The fact is that the Blazers will have a very hard time adding an elite player under their current cap situation.

    It just isn't very likely.

So did Seattle..... So does Sacramento.......

    It is irrelevant.

This would be pertinent if there wasn't a salary cap.

Portland also has one of the highest income taxes and a high cost of living index.

So is Houston, OKC, Dallas, Chicago, Boston and NY.

    So?
