what is the point? obama won the election, no reason to give them the satisfaction of arguing about it again. the public resoundingly rejected the specious claims of obama connections with shady characters and elected obama to the highest office in the land in overwhelming numbers. my hunch is that these people still trying to bring up ayers or rev. wright are bitter that the public has wised up to their politics of personal destruction and have rejected campaigns that are run devoid of substance and exist only to bring down someone rather than lift up the populace. don't throw them a bone. we should hold our heads high and support our president-elect as he tries to help return this country to the pedestal it deserves. let them fester alone in the hatred that the rest of us have voted against.
excellent post! [edit] The problem is elephants don’t forget. Like Clinton, republicans will rip their hair out and give some prosecutor $60 million dollars to waste over the next 8 years looking for anything (and finding nothing) to bring Obama down. Never mind if it’s good for the country.
I agree wholeheartedly. My point was to highlight their inability to respond in a meaningful way. The roaring silence is deafening.
I wish I could argue in D&D by pulling stuff out of my ass, but I'm afraid that I have too much dignity for that
