Cleverly disguised Sooner fan post Hopefully OU loses.... because they're OU. Coogs will get major props for beating OU regardless if winning the championship.
All week I read the Ntl media, FSU fans, popping off on how Cook was going to run all over us. That we had NO chance to stop him. ATT 18 YDS 33 Didn't do jack ****. Didn't even avg TWO yds per carry.
I don't know about being able to download it, but usually with ESPN broadcasts, you can go back and watch the archived event on the Watch ESPN app.
Think this is Coogs Football biggest win? In 1980, UH beat Nebraska in the Cotton Bowl... both teams were ranked top 10. Today's win might have us ranked top 10 going into next year.
Congrats Coogs! What a great win for that program. They said the Coogs have had a better recruiting class so far than UT? Awesome.
It's on the Watch ESPN app in the football replay section. ESPN2 is also going to rebroadcast it at 1:00am, I think.
Not to derail, but has it really been that bad of a sports year for Houston? Rockets made WCF, Astros made the playoffs, Texans will probably make the playoffs.
I wanted to be able to download and keep it. MLB used to have it where you could buy single games and download them... maybe they still do it.
Congrats to the Coogs and their fans! This a historic win for the program and sets them up for bigger things. If they come out strong next year, they'll have a better shot at getting higher up the rankings. Still a stretch to get in the playoff, even with an undefeated record...but enough could happen in front of them for it to be possible.
Certainly would. If they start off ranked and beat OU to open the season, you could see UH very close to the top 10. They'd need to go undefeated and have enough teams from the power 5 drop off to get into the top 4. Games against Lamar and Tx St. don't exactly help.
Hopefully the rest of the AAC stays competitive next year as well. Memphis and Navy games this year were a lot of fun to watch.
