The days of yao centric offense are finished. it's team offense with more ball moveent and high% shots.

I think it should be mentioned in the title that one of those players was Chuck Hayes. 12 and 9 people, this is real.

Yeah, when Chuck Hayes scored in double digits and we won, you know we were doing something right on offense.

this is Pistons way of playing when they won the champ
this team must improve and with a piece who can fit( especially in center position) we can be contender

This is a perfect team for Rick, players who know and understand their role. Plus everyone is focused on pushing the rock and playing D on every possession. If not, there is a very capable backup ala Bobby Jackson waiting to get the minutes. A very competitive bench team 6 - 10.

reminds me of the Hubie Brown led Grizzlies teams that were good enough to make it to the playoffs two or three years in a row. completely balanced attack where 7 or 8 players all get 20 minutes of PT.

I still think we need a strong T-Mac to get us farther in the playoffs.

I would love to find out that the entire season will be this amazing, but I just can't see us carrying this kind of momentum through 82 games.

I agree, TMac can still be a big asset for this team when he returns. The primary thing that I hope occurs is that Brooks will continue the primary ball handling responsibilities in crunch time when he returns. At this point, I think Brooks is a better decision maker than McGrady. That said - Ariza is shockingly good, but his dribbling and driving in a clogged lane sill need improvement. If Tracy is aggressive, he is still the most athletic and skilled finisher in the lane. I don't think we need him shooting 3's at all anymore with Ariza, Brooks, and Battier all being better 3 point shooters than him.
