Perhaps they could but they didn't did they?

    Therefore the point is moot.

Case has been about as close to perfect as possibly, he even has a 230 qb rating in the 4th quarter this season with 0 turnovers.

Is he the best pro prospect? No, I do not think so, but he has been the best college QB and probably the best college player this season.

It does not matter, as he will not not get the Heisman, but it is interesting.

At least Briles and his lack of discipline is gone.

That lack of discipline beat the #12 team at the time in TCU and the #4 team in OU. You wanna talk ish about Briles for no apparent reason so I'll return the favor and ask if UH has played a ranked team this season.

And please...nobody but UH fans think that Keenum is the best college player in the nation. That's laugh out loud funny.

Threw that last bit to confirm you were trolling... figured you were... and now it is confirmed. You come into the thread and talk %$% and dont think you will be called on it?

How about this.... since you love to use hypotheticals such as Barkley being undefeated if he played for UH... how about this, Case would be undefeated if he played for USC. Stupid? Yes... why? BECAUSE HE DOES NOT PLAY FOR USC.

We have to go with what we have and know, not hypotheticals...

As far as Briles goes, I will be impressed when his teams are defensively ranked in the top 100. He consistently has poor defensive teams that do not play disciplined or physical.

Baylor is not even as good as the team UH just blew out.... but I guess being in the BIG XII gets attention.

    Dude, GTFO.

UH just finished their regular season undefeated. We'll play anyone in a BCS game, maybe we'll get our asses handed to us, maybe not. No, we're not at the same level as the top SEC's programs but let us have our fun thinking we can can beat any of them in a one game "playoff."

Damn, now I want to see UofH play Baylor or Texas in a bowl game. I don't know how the bowl scheduling works. Is that a possibility?

Take your own advise --> Reading comprehension. I clearly stated "for UH", which is actually giving props to their roster.

The fact that you mentioned Tulsa is better than Baylor speaks volumes of your butt-hurtedness at the Briles situation.

You guys are so damn defensive. All I said was that elite QB's like Luck, RG III, and Barkley could have the same success (going undefeated at UH in Conf USA). What's so freakin mind-boggling about that?

I'm sorry that I don't think Keenum is the best player in the nation. Everyone outside of UH fans would agree with me.

Those schools are going to be eligible to play in a BSC game this year. If UH loses next week I guess it could happen.... so, I hope there is no possibility of UH playing those schools.

The post you replied to was concerning how good Case has been this year, so when you say those other qb's could go undefeated with the UH team, you are slighting Case... which is the basis of my post. So no, don't come troll and then try to back track.

As far as Tulsa v. Baylor.... you threw out hypotheticals in an attempt to dismiss what Case has done.... so I did the same....

Every single loss that Tulsa has been against a top 8 team this season... #1, #4, #8 and #8..... Tulsa has not lost to a team as bad as A&M or KSTATE. Therefore using your "magic" hypothetical logic, I can say Tulsa is as good as Baylor.

The fall out is simple... you decided to troll and got called on it...

So, here's my question. Let's say things hold as they are, the Cougas wind up undefeated, they win their bowl game but they don't make the championship game. Let's say LSU wins out and they LOSE the BCS championship to some other team (Stanford, Alabama, possibly VA Tech). One undefeated team in Division I. Rated somewhere between 4-8 before their bowl game. Where should they finish the season ratings?

Wow. We have the president of the Keenum fan club right here.

So Tulsa got raped by all of their ranked opponents but beat every other Conference USA opponent besides UH. What's your point? Your logic is severely flawed. The last time I checked, Baylor beat OU. A team that beat Tulsa 47-14. They also beat TCU and have a chance to beat another ranked team in Texas. Continue to dig yourself further and further into a hole. TIA.

sammy ain't trollin you guys are being homers, just calm down and wait until the balls are on the table.

If UH claims the title and whoops ass in a BCS bowl game, then they'll get the credit they deserve. Thats the beauty of it.

    You are an idiot..

#1 I am not "president of the Keenum fan club". In fact, I do not think that he will be a good NFL quarterback, only that he has been the best player in college football this year. His statistics coupled with not a single loss makes it difficult to really fault the validity of the argument.

#2 Concerning Tulsa v. Baylor.... upsetting isn't it? Why... because we are discussing hypotheticals, which is EXACTLY what you did saying Barkley would go undefeated in CUSA with his eyes closed. That is exactly why I used this as an example.... turning it around on you. So, since you are a dolt, I will speak your language: "Tulsa has not lost to anyone ranked lower that 8th in the polls and BU has lost to an unranked team and another team ranked in the 20's... therefore, Tulsa is better than BU."

Since you will not get off the absurdity of your troll statement, I will stand by my absurd statement... Tulsa > Baylor....

Hey, at the minimum I did not go to the Baylor thread and troll about how BU can't stop anyone on defense and they have won a number of close games they did not deserve to win.

    Now go away.

He has killed my fantasy team the last month.

Hell of a physical talent, but he is always hurt and does not heal well.
