laughing as i post ... 713, isn't now, or ever has been, threatened by outer loopers. enjoy your environ, it's nice ... i hate going downtown, but sports, entertainment, cultural focus sure makes it attractive! its what every true H-towner desires. What about Cell phones?? Huh? !!!! You can have a cell phone inside the loop with a 281 number... Or a cell phone outside of BW8 with a 713 ... ...and a cell could be your only phone
