Parents are just as bad probably. What are they doing letting a 15 year old take a 7 year old to a party?

A 15 year old is still a kid, this one obviously took a wrong turn at some point.

 

Did you not read? It does somewhat sound like the older sister set it up. The older sister had sex for money too. Sounds like she knew what she was doing. She should be held accountable too.
