LOL... Seriously I haven't even thought much of Sanders. I have really liked the Patterson played the last couple of times I saw him and I like the way Miller fits. SO the question to me would be are we better served if Sanders beats out Miller or Patterson beats out Hayes. Does that give us a better second team and a better overall team.

IMO Patterson is a better offfensive player than I thought and better than sanders right now, I think he is also a better rebounder. Sanders is a better blocker, no question there but over all I am not convinced he is so much a better defender. And I am not sure he would beat out Hayes this year. I think Patterson might. I hope he does.

As for Sanders beating out Miller. I think there is even less chance of that. Miller surprised me last night on how he defended Gasol. Definitely better than I would have guessed and clearly he is an asset offensively on the flor. That is why Hill stayed on the bench. Okay I am forgetting one aspect an that is Yao will nnot be available on back to back nights and then Sanders would be more valuable. But still I think difference in having Sanders over Patterson is not that big. ANd my change in opinion is because I like what I see out of Patterson.

I personally think it's because we had to watch that horribly cheezy, way too drawn out, incredibly narcisisstic ring ceremony...

If we didn't have to watch that.. we would have started like an hour earlier and not had to end the game in the A.M.

brooks and martin had 18 and 19 points in the first half. In the second half they scored 6 and 7.

    That's why we lost.

You still think 56 wins. If you get 56 wins in this conf, you're an elite team. The Rockets are not elite.

I can't change my prediction after one game we should have lost and then another where one player was uber hot.

I think they figure it out and go on a run and it starts with Denver on Saturday !
