Primarily because there weren't another group of suspected terrorists mentioned in the same article which might have required additional detail and clarification. Furthermore, the headline or title usually is for the broad view, and the details and clarification come within the post or article. In addition, because it was added to the thread title, obviously bigtexx himself put some additional import on their religion and race.

Those reasons are pretty evident.

Add to that bigtexxx's posting history on this board, and it doesn't bode well for him.

 

does he add race/religon details to the original titles of other articles he posts? or just one's which refer to Blacks or Muslims?

But, if someone had posted the same title without such a history have annoyed you as well? would you assume they are being racist?

I wouldn't assume they are being racist. It would have made me believe the possibility of racism did exist. But it would have annoyed me, because there was no need for that clarification. There weren't other groups of suspects in this article that we needed to distinguish between.

Also as another poster mentioned, why would bigtexxx clarify it with that detail when talking about terrorism suspects, but not add race and religion clarifiers with any other posts he makes?

I think bigtexxx just thinks it's funny that adding little words like that can have such an effect, and does it for that reason, and probably not out of any real racism.

I could be wrong, and that's just a guess.

I don't know if it was bt or tj or both but they do add race/religon clarifiers when they talk about obama as well.. they even try to change his name to balack..

 

So if somebody disagrees with you on issues of race then they have a case of white guilt.
