In California there's 50% of the homeless population of America because 'politicians' never aim to solve the underlying problem of drug addiction and mental illness. homeless shelters never solved homelessness. Mental illness can make millionaires go homeless.

they dont need to be cops they can be other officials.. attending to a fender bender is terrible usage of police resource. meter maids bikes is fine..a cop isnt needed

Thanks! I don't know if having more street cops would make a difference. If you zoom out, there is a ****ton of large, international gang-related activity. What we really need here is federal law enforcement to do their jobs and kill the rot at the source.
