    GOTCHA!

It isn't Yao Ming, but rather 7'7" Yao Defen who suffered from gigantism caused by a tumor on her pituitary gland. She was only 39.

Does Yao suffer from any condition that caused him to be so tall? I worry he will die young too because of his enormous size.

So today the world's tallest woman died, the world's oldest woman died yesterday, and the two longest serving politicians died after 63 years and 42 years in office.

One of those was the Mayor of Richmond. The other was former Congressman Jack Brooks.

RIP to all 4. I just told this to my co-worker and she swears it's the Mayan Apocalypse hahaha

Guinness World Records certified her as the world's tallest living woman at 7 feet, 7 inches.

BEIJING — The world's tallest woman has died in eastern China. She was 39.

Chinese state media say Yao Defen died on Nov. 13 at her home in China's eastern province of Anhui.

Guinness World Records in January 2010 had certified her as the world's tallest living woman at 7 feet, 7 inches.

The local Xin'an Evening News did not give the cause of death but said in a report that Yao suffered from gigantism, with a tumor on her pituitary gland disrupting her levels of growth hormone. A government official in her county who gave only his surname, Liu, confirmed Yao's death on Wednesday.

The Xin'an newspaper said Yao learned to play basketball when young, and that she was 6 feet, 7 inches tall by the age of 15.

In a Chinese-language video from three years ago, Yao expressed anguish at her unusual height. "I am very unhappy. Why am I this tall?" she said from her bed. "If I were not this tall, others would not look at me like this."

I saw this dude at a Lil Wayne concert in the hallway of the suite sections. He wears so much bling that he had a US Marshall with him.

He was partying with Adrian Peterson. We were partying with Texans cheerleaders

Lol I know it took my a second to figure out a title that wouldn't give it away.

But when I first read the link to the article I saw Yao and 7 footer and I was like what?!!?!

How terrible would it be to be a 7 and a half foot woman? I was thinking last night, I wonder what guys like Ashik and Yao and Dwight and all those other 7 footers do to meet women. Do they want a tall girl? Do they just go after any girl despite size? I feel like if I was that tall, I would want someone decently tall, like a 6 footer at least.

True, but that's how you know it's a fake. Anyone reporting Yao's death would have rushed to post in the GARM.
