actually alston has missed pretty much every game that t-mac has missed. we had no point guard at all which is a big reason why we struggled. with skip and yao healthy i think we have alot better chance than those previous 13 games.

Rockets still have a chance. Yao has been stellar as of late. Skip has been doing well. DWes the same. Bogans can come in and help. If they dont have baron davis the game is ours.

The line for tonight's game is Rockets -7. Now's the best time to bet against the Rockets on that line now...

According to the Chron, it's his fiance's mother that passed away.

What are the records when Alston is in and out?

I want to see some Skip-to-my-Yao tonight!

That woman of his has been nothing but trouble ;)

Seriously though, hopefully everything is OK in the McGrady household, hopefully he will be back to join us soon.

Oh, and guys, don't freak out! We're still a better team than the Warriors especially since Baron Davis isn't playing. This should NOT be difficult game to win.

I think Bogans and Fitch will both surprise us tonight, and Yao will be his usual stellar self.

the more and more I hear about Tmacs woes... The more I hate Lebron. I used to root for him... now I feel he is a punk. He could have at least let Tmac have some joy at the ASG in front of his home crowd. I hope Cleveland misses the playoffs. (I am thinking of worse things.. but I am not going to say them).

not to sound heartless but with mother-in-law's wouldn't most people just continue to work/play only to take time out for the funeral?

Yup that's exactly what I was thinking. I used to tell everyone how humble Lebron is despite all the hype. Looks like all the hype has got into his head. He has been very cocky lately and his body language on court nowadays reeks of arrogance.

In the All-star game you could tell from the very beginning he was gunning for the MVP. He took a bunch of shots while ignoring his teammates, and while everyone in West was thinking to lift Tmac up in front of his hometown, LBJ was thinking about more endorsements/$$ and the MVP award. Classless.

Nope. If they do then maybe that's one of the reasons why our family values are going down.

Well said. I didn't know there was a standard for the kind of death you're supposed to take a day off for.
