As an aside, who in their right mind would take on the Laker's job with Shaq gone and Kobe potentially remanded to the state of Colorado? Sure, the Lakers would get good players from a Shaq trade, but it is an almost guarantee that the trade will not bring a superstar in return (that is unless you consider Finley, Jamison, or Walker superstars).

I thought that the players were going in the expansion draft - then subsequently being trades for player with lower salaries (to help Charlotte circumvent the lower cap)
Apparently, Charlotte may agree not to take Piatkowski in the expansion draft but send a pick to Cleveland and Cleveland would send Ollie to Houston. We'll see.
Yes it was, nobody here heard 610 or Matt Jackson give the report and people have been listening to 610 all day. I am left with no conclusion other than the 610 "report" that somebody posted on an Orlando message board was fabricated. Plus it featured a quote allegedly from Steve, this allegedly came from his agent. While the fake report may have coincidentally had some truth to it, that doesn't mean it wasn't fake.
