And I doubt DFish is getting 9 mil in just one year. DFish to groom Telfair? Who takes Demon er Damon?
for god sakes, i hopes its not snow. if it is snow, we have to dump philly some bad contracts as well if they want to unload the bloated contract of snow's
Just to point out, Daniels is not really a 3 point shooter.......just thought I should mention that........good overall fg% though
I hope that its Daniels or Fish...........any of those 2 will be go nice with Tmac and yao...............
I don't really understand why other teams want Fisher. He has a limited skillset, one that would work well in our system, but few others.
Mo for Daniels and James/Potapenko would be a great deal, I just don't see why the Sonics would do it. Unless they're signing Fisher, they'll be left with only a second year Ridnour at the point, plus they give away a pretty big contract that expires next year in either James or Potapenko, all for a big money, no rebounding PF? I just don't see it happening. But they may be willing to deal Calvin Booth instead of the other two bigs. My bet would be on Snow to Houston, and that's going to suck.
Because of the ASG if there is any action it is likely to be held as quietly as possible until after game and after Jimy's imminent dismissal.
to people that want snow. WHy do yall want him? He cant shoot worth crap. WIth tmac and yao we need shooters. IF snow plays of us, pepole can just not guard him and double yao and tmac. WHy? If we trade for snow Cd will get bashed.
Antonio Daniels or Nick Van Exel would be great! I don't know about Daniels not being battle-tested, he has a championship ring and played a good amount of time with the Spurs.
Here's an interesting little tidbit some people may not be aware of... Remember how everyone was oohing and aahing over what Billups was doing in the finals, and people started expressing amazement that this guy had "come out of nowhere"? But then it was later pointed out that he was drafted at #3 overall by Boston in 1997, so the fact was that he had the talent all along, and he could just never find a niche? Well, take another look at the 1997 Draft, and kindly tell me who's at #4, right behind Billups. I'm gonna piss my pants if we get Daniels.
Snow has developed a consistent midrange jumpshot. I really liked his game a few years ago when the sixers went to the finals. He can't shoot the 3, but he can at least hit SOME jumpshots. I'm mainly just concerned about his body wearing down and his huge contract.
