Looks like there are some holes in its methodology. Even the writer admits it. I'm not trying to dismiss this one. Just unfortunate that I still haven't seen a metric that can accurately measure individual defense without having some significant caveat. There are too many factors in how a defense is effective, any simplified method is bound to leave something important unmeasured.
