I don't get it. I really don't. I understand that it was a little boring at times, but Andy Garcia was great and the movie was nominated for 7 Academy Awards. It was a good film.

It just wasn't as good as the first two, which rank as some of the best of all time. But that doesn't make it some kind of monumental disappointment, at least in my mind.

The Godfather 1 & 2 must be watched like you're reading a book. No super fx, explosions or fast paced action, so not for guys night out with beer (Jackie Chan movies are for those). It's just a good story. I watched it for the first time with an ex over a quiet evening. One of the greatest stories ever told and part of Americana.

He's probably not ready for them.

    Stick to Scarface.

The third godfather is probably better then Scarface. The first 2 are legendary.

I agree that Godfather 3 is unfairly compared to the other 2. Outside of Sofia Coppola being pretty awkward it's entertaining. I liked Andy Garcia as well.

Maybe they weren't the greatest, but I still enjoyed all of these.

Don't understand Kill Bill Part 2 being on this list. At all. Didn't that get film of the year for a lot of critics?

On the other hand, these were all abysmally terrible.

I remember leaving the theater from seeing X-Men 3, and agreeing with my two friends that we would actively deny that the movie existed (as in "huh, there's a 3rd X-Men movie?" whenever anyone commented on it).

And Pirates 3? My. God. I was actually in danger of falling asleep in the theater. I *never* fall asleep during movies even at home, let alone the theater.

Surprised to see Kill Bill Vol. 2 on that list. I didn't care for it very much, but I figured I was in the minority.

Terminator Salvations should have been #1

    McG killed that franchise.

Why the hell was this not on the list...

I was so pumped up about this movie. Thinking of the gymnastics scene still makes me shudder.

as a kid that would line up to the baseball card/comic book store to get my SPAWN, I was so disappointed by the film. Thank gabriel and the other angels for giving us the animated spawn on hbo.

Add gremlins 2 to that list.

How did jennifer's body make a list? It sucks that there were no nude scenes, but other than that...it was a megan fox movie!

Kill Bill Part 2 was ****ing awesome, not sure what they could have done differently to wrap up the saga. The scene in the strip club alone, when Bud comes in late, set the perfect tone for the rest of the movie. Hell, Elle Driver in her car with the background guitar music was awesome.

I know I wanted to see a lot more historical stuff in J. Edgar, like a John Adams or Thirteen Days where he's just the straight man for some great Errol Flynn, Sam Giancana or Mark Felt impersonations, but you wouldn't want to waste Scorsese's or DiCaprio's time making an Oliver Stone film.
