If you want your kids to be good soccer players in the future, drop the winning and losing crap. The best way for kids to learn to play the game at this young of an age is to be able to experiment on the ball without worrying about the score. You're doing every child on your team a disservice with regards to their development in the sport.
Actually, studies have proven, children who learn to lose and win develop better socially. Children who don't learn to lose have problems later in life. So I'd rather have DD teach my kids soccer in that league than to send my kids to a "no one losses" league.
