This is the police revenge. The cops hand cash to a couple of people to do some killing. Or have rogues do the killing.

That article says 1 dead (a woman shot in the head), 4 women injured in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago.
    Same as the Austin shooting.

    spooky coincidence.

As bad as Chicago is now, it isn't as bad as the early nineties in Chicago or Houston. Chicago doesn't even have a top 10 murder rate in the US.

That is deceptive.... A vast majority of shootings and violent crime happen in the same area....which is very dangerous. However since a middle class and wealthy residents don't live in that area, the residents don't care. The politicians and police and citizens do everything possible to keep the residents from the violent area to remain in the violent area. When a shooting happens in the gentrified area, the police and politicians get alarmed and make sure the drug dealing, violent crime and young black folks are encouraged to not venture outside the poverty bubble.

Segregation and an economic class system is extremely strong in Chicago. The black folks that left The Missippi Delta 100 years ago have been in large part been quarantined in Chicago... Education is used to prevent upper mobility, police action and racism; coupled with citizen supported political action has keep the area an absolute **** hole.

Honestly as a resident, it is unacceptable, but throw a few fundraisers, point to a few successful athletes as evidence of upper mobility and those white and non black Chicagoans that are upset are usually satisfied.
