Whatever, but I hope he turns it around and this will motivate him to work harder. Let your game do the talking and not your mouth. Learn from Yao , Mutumbo and the veterans that we have on the team. Billy, you are a rookie and you deserve nothing , you must earn playing time and respect. Now stop yapping and start working ;)

Why JVG does not let VSpan play the point? All the times he has played have been at the shooting guard position.
Just give him some minutes at his position.

V-Span took those corner threes as if he were drinking unsweetened lemonade, but he drove to the basket with relish....yea, verily, with gusto! That's his game -- driving and dishing. I don't know why JVG wants him to be a 3-point ace. That is NOT his game.

He had that nice move to the basket. Potential is the keyword. He will be valuable in the future.

that might not be his game.
but when you find yourself wideopen out there, you still shoot it.

He made a lay up against the second stringers of one of the worst teams in hte league, during a blow out. Pretty hard to crow aboput that, but then again, Billy did not give his fans much to work with.

To me Novak looked like a guy who wanted to play again. He made the rotatiions, played defense, and took the shots he was supposed to. Didn't try to force things.

it must have been Vspan's fault that JL3 hit only 1/7 shots, 1/4 from the 3 point line, 1/2 from the FT line, and had 1 TO and 3 Personal fouls...

Span obviously sucked bad, but the question is; did he suck more than JL3??

    I dont think so

JL3 should be waived, traded, sent back to the NBDL or sent back to his old job: a ball boy

I usually enjoy watching trash time, but JL3 is messing it up for me. all he does is: dribble dribble dribble, dribble dribble dribble, 5 secs on the shot clock, Jack up---> BRICK!!

I can't believe people are still blaming the coach for Span's mediocre play when he gets minutes.

Especially given the fact that he ran his mouth in the Greek media and all.

    Truly astonishing...

In this offensive system, there are players that can already drive /dish with less turnover and more efficiently than Vspan can offer. So either he has to learn his role or improve his ball handling, decision skills or heck just only be an effective 3 point ace like that is expected of him or else I can only see him going back to Eruope be the TMAC over there

JVG will not change the system just because one of the supposedly player can not accept his role and think the system should change because it does not favor his strength. ... so what is next JVG need to change his system around to accomodate JL3 ? Give it a rest.

Vspnan needs to either work harder to improve , accept his role and get over it. :p

I thought they sucked about the same. Both may have had one kind of decent play.

I can't stand the dribble thing too. I loved Steve and Cat when they were here but I didn't know how much I hated the dribble dribble dribble until they were traded and I started to see how passing made everything much easier for everyone every every game.

That is what separates good coaches from great coaches.
