tb... no offense taken. I like derailing posts with dribble. Usually the posts though, started in the right forum with questions to evoke conversation concerning that forum. This post was not intended for Rockets related stuff. There are a billion other posts doing the same thing, but they're either politically motivated (cbrown) or whatever. The criteria isn't subjective. Most readers can determine whether or not a thread is in the right forum. I'm not trying to take Mango's job... but I also like this place to be free from the espn style posting. ------------------ I've posted so much that what I say must be true.
It was more in humor, but in all seriousness, it's not as difficult and complicated as it sounds. One has to do with something that has not had a chance, or any substance to it that it's going down (similar in fashion as to a post saying Shaq recently signed a contract extension with the Lakers) while the other deals with a subject that relates to the Rockets, as in a player who has the Rockets on his final 2 list, and has a very realistic chance of coming here. This could have even had a case made for it if it was some dreamcasting scenario to get Fortson. Basically, what would be the point of an NBA forum if all the signings and/or trades were posted here "Player Z just signed with the Mavericks. Now the Rockets can't get him"?
