Why don't you start an "I HATE HAGEE" thread and do all the dumping on him in there rather than derailing my inquiring thread about this cleric. So now you've judged Hagee to be evil as well...
Why don't I start a Hagee thread? Same reason I don't start a David Duke one. What's the point? Everybody else here knows he's an evil ass. That is, except you. So your thread seems like a good place to discuss it. He said that it was God's will that the victims of NOLA die because they deserved it! And he preaches this stuff! He believes that God drowned people because of homosexuality. He preaches that God kills queers. And you want to be "fair" to him. Disgusting, man. If there is a hell, there is no doubt he will burn there. Keep defending him though, giddyup. Keep playing your hypocritical game. If he was Muslim you and your buddies would be burning up the internet with chain mails about him. But he's "Christian," (and believe me, he's NOT), so you'll be "fair." Hypocrisy at its finest.
If everyone knows Hagee is an ass, why do you guys keep derailing my thread about the cleric? Who's doing the hating here? Where's the hate for the cleric? Hagee has not fomented the death of anyone. He is guilty of having a pathetic worldview and you spend all this energy on him..... I hope you don't inhale any of the Anthrax that is coming our way. Hypocrisy? I gotta say a little more about this. I just find it so incredible. By saying Katrina was God's will, Hagee was saying that God wanted all those black people to lose their homes and/or die. This is an unbelievable statement from a "man of God." But what I find even more unbelievable is that someone who posts on this very board thinks it's no big deal, wants to give him the benefit of the doubt and posts an symbol at the idea that he might be called evil. This is why I said you were a "moderate on racism," giddyup. And it's part of a pattern. You spent days on this board defending Nugent's use of "wetback" and other hateful terms toward Latinos. You have a history here as an apologist for hateful racists, as long as they say they're Christians. It really is amazing.
Not just an ass -- evil. It is totally possible to hate evil people from extremist sects from more than one religion. I didn't bring up Hagee here. Someone else did. Then you gave him a pass. That's why I'm posting in your thread. I know that there are radical, murderous, terrorist and terrorist-loving Muslims out there. You post a lot of stuff that turns out to be whack so I didn't watch your video. If you say the guy wants to kill as many Americans as possible, I believe you though. And yes, I'm against it, I think it's horrible, I hope he's brought to justice and on and on. What else should I say about it? What exactly is there to debate or discuss about this? There's nothing even that interesting about it frankly. We all know there are people like this in the world and we all want them in jail or dead. The thread only got interesting to me when you started defending Hagee.
What did Hagee do to be guilty of? The cleric is inciting other terrorists and asking them to go out. He may have already succeeded to launch any number of suicide bombers.
Hagee is inciting others to do "God's will" which according to Hagee can end in the death of folks. We've seen right wing Christian terrorists recently attack in this country more than we have Muslim ones. The Muslim cleric is obviously an extremist who's teaching amount to hate. My question is why aren't you being consistent?

My "if" is a quotation of you-- not my words. My point was the the thread was about the evidence presented in the video of the cleric and not anything about John Hagee. It was an attempt to get the discussion back on track and off of Hagee-hating.
So this thread is just for Muslim hating? You should have put that in the title instead of pretending like you really wanted to know about Abdullah al-Nafisi. I took you at your word and provided you with a contextual analogy for his place in Muslim society that I hoped would be understandable. If this was just a Muslim hate thread, I would have stayed out. You really need to say what you mean plainly. This seems to be a sincere problem for you. I remember your supposedly apolitical "harmless joke" thread about people marrying farm animals where you spent 6 pages arguing that the joke had nothing to do with gay marriage. Very deceitful. And apparently you weren't laughing a couple of pages ago when you felt compelled to report my post. Since you can't bring your self to say it, I will just assume this is a weak attempt to laugh it off. Apology accepted.

Well, then, again per you, I demand a second consecutive apology as the first wasn't good enough. That is another tactic I can learn from you. Feel free to report my post again if it makes you happy. I don't see how being honest about my opinion of Hagee suporters can be an insult. If you report me, following that logic perhaps I should then report you for insulting muslims?
