    Seems that's the Bigliest of issues right now.

    Everytime I hear a conservative say they like Trump’s vision, I think of things like this. He is mainly guided by two things: (1) feeding his own ego, and (2) where possible, like w ACA, spiting Obama, even though he usually offers no alternative, just destruction. (See: dissolving pandemic task force.)

    so vision = selfish brand of nihilism. Okay.

    Seriously. If anyone ever thought that Donald Trump ever had the intellectual curiosity to ever form his own opinion on healthcare and having a fleshed out idea of what healthcare in America should be then I have a 2000 hp Honda Civic to sell them.
