i like it overall but obviously Melo has to start. perimeter D the weaker spot but it's hard to criticize a Nash-Johnson-Melo group.

With Nash running an offense around two dominant two way players in Brand and Oneal, I'd opt for defense and shooting on the wings. There is really no more need for offense. Melo will play most most minutes at SF, Butler and Johnson will switch off at the 2. It just makes more sense to bring Melo off the bench. He'd be lethal.

I think he is. S-Jax is a lockdown defender and averaged almost 5 assists per game in his prime. Also averaged the same amount of ppg as Gay (20).
