Anyone have that monster block McGee had on Bosh?? Bosh is like a magnet for highlight blocks.

I thought Memphis overpaid for Tony Allen. But at $3.1 million a year, he's turning out to be an incredible bargain.

I hate that the Grizzlies will get the 8th seed over the Rockets, but I'm liking the team they put together over there.

We still have a shot at the 6th seed. We win out and it's ours.

Nope. Memphis must still go 4-3, or Portland or NO must go 2-5. And that's just for the 8th seed.

I usually wait until the final bell has rung, but the season's good as done.

The "bust" James Harden is shredding the Suns with 18 points on 7 FGAs.

Jeff Green to the Celtics = Proof there is addition by subtraction.

Serge Ibaka benefited big-time also. One player was holding two guys back.

Brooks and Dowdell both ejected at the same time for Phoenix. Never seen two teammates ejected like that.

You misunderstood my post. It'd help if you knew that I am a grizzlies fan. I was speaking of their chances at the 6th seed, not the rockets.

They were each ejected with just one technical foul a piece. Whatever they said it must have been bad. Neither guy acted surprised. I liked the crack by the Suns announcer Dowdell will lose about half his salary with the ejection.

Last time I remember this happening was when Karl Malone was tossed in a game in Houston because the ref mistakenly thought it was his 2nd T of the game but was only his first.

They didn't show what Dowdell did but Brooks made some type of gesture. After Brooks got ejected he ran off the court smiling and waving at the crowd.

Announcer said the ref had enough of the mouthing so I guess it had been going on for quite some time.

Harden started off the season very slow and it took him a while just to play confidently. But since his role has increased, he's playing with gusto. Every time he brings the ball up the floor, he looks to go all the way to the rim if the defense doesn't make a point to stop him.

Also, his defense has improved so much it's amazing. He's a complete player. The next question is can he produce in the playoffs.

One of the best things about perkins to the thunder besides Ibaka's increased role is the fact harden plays more. They dont feel the need to play thabo as much for his defense. If Harden and Ibaka keep progressing at their current rate, that team will be a dynasty. That college like atmosphere is a tough place to play. They couldve kept allen, overpaid for lewis, but they didnt and now look.

Bulls are PEAKING at the right time. They just keep winning. Something I expected of Miami. I actually thought they would go on another long win streak, but they even struggle to hang with inferior teams.

the heat's defense has slacked off tremendously. i think they're coasting to be honest b/c their defensive effort is awful for 3/4 of a game recently. they're working on their offense and it shows.

but if the bulls play their defense and rebound, they're going to be very tough to beat. the reason they lost to the sixers was b/c they got outrebounded and din't defend. but they rarely lose those battles.

it's going to be a great playoffs in both conferences regardless.
