SERIOUSLY - that is against some of the BEST bigs in the league, the guy is a HORSE, that for whatever reason, we are choosing not to ride.

That video is 2014-2015.... It's 2016 now and DMo has played in a total of 14 games this season. I think the reason is because the horse is coming on back surgery and still isn't up to par to last season.

 

The horse is fine, he is just being left in the barn, what the horse needs is to be out running.

Secretariat doesn't win the triple crown without being free to run.

DMo needs to be starting and amping up his playing time to 32-36mpg.

Start with 20-24 and extend it as his legs get under him.

He is NOT going to get there playing 6 minutes in a half.

BTW - he had VERY MINOR surgery - it was not career threatening and recovery is usually under 3 months....it has now been 8 months - he is fine.

When Donuts is cooking, he's a great option for the inside out game. A real 7 footer who's a skilled passer, in my opinion. Interesting video, OP.

 

So you are DMo's armchair sports therapist now? Look, I know you have a habit of completely falling in love with players... But it's been 14 games since he's come back.... How long has it been since he's been allowed to play with contact?

You get the feeling that the entire world knows how to make this Rockets team better and more efficient, outside of the Actual Rockets and JB.

Oddly enough I get more upset when we actually go to D-Mo and puts up his hook shot for an easy two, then never go back to it again, than if we didn't use him at all. A huge problem is this team flat out does not move with out the ball. Dwight gets uninterested if he's not getting his touches, and once Harden gives up the ball he moves about 2 feet the rest of the play.

I don't even know what a Rockets back door cut looks like.

 

Because the only player who is good at driving is Harden. Oh wait, there's a guy named Lawson too.

 

....so why did DMo not play tonight? Or is it Morey who kept him out?

The ESPN box score says DMo did not play at all tonight because of a sore back. That's not good
