    yeah, might explain the 50 bullets fired. crashing cars and squeeling tires etc.

    What responsibility do cops have to keep their cool? that's the issue to me. that's why i find arguments to what the victim did irrelevant. the cop is the trained professional. so I don't give a crap about how many black men go to jail for murder, dui death statistics, etc. you're excusing cops for not thinking clearly or reacting properly, what is their responibility. if they can't handle the pressure, they shouldn't be cops in the first place

    What the hell does that have to do with anything? The police didn't setup a checkpoint for drunks they were investigating prostitution.
