Probably doesn't deserve its own thread, but these are just awful odds for being down 3 to 1. I like to throw some money around for fun sometimes, but this isn't even worth betting on. It is unusually low. What do you know Vegas? Let the conspiracies begin.
I would assume that the two "wrong" technical calls, the ridiculous percentage of OT games and the fact that these two teams appear to be even matched (at least the way we've been playing) leads odds makers to believe the Rockets would roll off three consecutive wins. It does seem way out of normal 1-3 odds though. Or, the fix is in :grin:
I couldn't help myself Boss game me a little bonus money 200 down, 720 pay out and 100 to Clutchfans if we win. It will make the games more interesting for me.
That doesn't seem like bad odds... actually seems somewhat favorable. I figure our chances of a comeback are about 5% or so.
Nope, but they seem to think we have a realistic shot at coming back. Typically, the series suggest an 8-1/9-1 odds for this situation. So Vegas has some confidence in the Rockets to pull it out. The bet I just placed was terrible and might suggest that I have an issue. Oh well.
How upset will you be when we win the next 2 but lose game 7? Cause you know that is what Houston sports is all about.

No chance we lose a game 7. But if it were to happen. I might cry. I basically pissed away 200 dollars, but its all good.
For the real go getters. 80-1 for the Rockets to win the championship this year. It actually does not seem like a bad bet at the time with OKC going down.

I did piss it away. I know that, but what is life if you don't take chances? BORING:grin:! I think Portland has strung together 4 of its best games of the year. I think it is perfectly reasonable for the Rockets to step it up the next three games and take them out.
We are 10 hours away from potentially not even being in the playoffs anymore. Anyone who makes that bet is an idiot.
