I'm sure MOST Clutch Fans members cheer their heart out at the games but some posters are so negative its hard imagining them cheering for the Rockets at any point.
I think we'll close it out in Game 6. ANd it would be fitting to end the series at home, in front of all the fans who've been waiting for years for this. The celebration will be wild enough. Let's hope it comes out so.
We were 3-1 up in the series and lost AWAY to a team that had one of the best home records in the league... yet for some reason its all doom and gloom for a lot of them??? Seriously if we lose tomorrow I can understand it but we are still in the box seat.
It's almost exactly the same scenario... Some might argue home court in 6 is better than in 7. If you have it in 6, then you're 3-2, coming off a loss and hungry for a win at home to close out the series. Even if you lose you get a chance at 'vengeance' on their home court. If you have it in 7, then you could lose 6 on the road, come back to a pressure filled game at home and face game 7 refereeing (usually they call it pretty straight and ignore the crowds for once..). Big pressure to win at home coming off a loss in what might be the final game of the season. I'd say home court in 6 is better than 7 when up 3-2. It means you've got a home shot at closing it out in 6 rather than the 'safety' of having home court in 7 - and conceivably losing 6 on the road...
Exactly! Their home record is second best in the West - but we've already won there. Ours is third best in the West - HUGE chance to progress here!!
i agree, we should have won but i still believe among with many rocket fans that the rox will win game6.
Wish REFs not help Portland so obviously like game 5, Rox 24 fouls, Ptland 12 fouls...??? So unfair~~~~~ So unfair~~~~~ So unfair~~~~~ So unfair~~~~~ So unfair~~~~~ So unfair~~~~~ So unfair~~~~~ So unfair~~~~~
Martell Webster is good, too. (Not McGrady 100% good, but few are.) But he is missing off of their roster. He's probably better than Outlaw, right?
Not really, Webster had a good stretch last season early on, but fizzled since. Outlaw's better overall, webster is prob just a better shooter.
This also what I worry about for Game 6. The refs had too much influence on the outcome of Game 4 and 5.
