Actually DD, I think it is decided. Maybe I have it wrong, but I think every scenario where we are #3 has us playing the Hornets, and every scenario where we are #2 has us playing the Mavs.

Since all other teams not named Lakers have comparible season records to the Rockets. Couldn't you say that there is no real matchup advantage in the west. I mean all the teams are good teams, this is not the eastern conference. With that said. Wouldn't it be best to just focus on the only thing you can control. Winning and securing HCA. There is no need for any of us to pass you a shovel you are digging on your own. I understand what you are saying about the first round matchup, but you NEVER clarified that, and you failed to realize that there is no way for the Rocket's to engineer that matchup. They can only control their win...nothing else....if they lose they will more than likely lose HCA in the first round. They have no choice but to win. DD
Hey W22_STREAK, ignore the haters man. I am not afraid of the Lakers so I say go for 2nd seed to play them earlier. If we are to win a championship we will need to play them anyway so let's get them out of the way so we'll be more rested for the Finals. What do you think??? I think it's a better matchup.
