West has an attitude. You can get in his head and take him out of his game.

Hornets need to stop double teaming its no longer working. To rely on the other teams missing wide open shots is fool's gold.

I lost interest in this game in the 2nd qtr. Seeing spurs blowing out a team is worse then watching paint dry. I'd like to see West give an Horry crosscheck to Parker and make this series interesting.

The Spurs will win this series.

The Spurs know the secrets in stopping the Hornets now. Shut down Peja and make the Hornets a 2 man team.

In the offensive end, Pop has unleashed Parker as a one-man fast break. Duncan also has recovered from his fever. Manu is not in full force but still doing ok. Spurs are getting wide open shots tonite. The Hornets just dont have too much adjustment that they can make in their limited roster. Spurs in 6.

Things dont look good for Hornets.

Once Pop regained his senses and put Bowen on Peja, Hornets have struggled. It puts a lot of pressure on Paul and West to score.

It is safe to say Pop is going to stay with this scheme now. Add to it that Duncan is getting stronger as the series is progressing. Also, Hornets have not shown that they can contain parker.

Hornets are a young team so I am wondering how much of their self confidence is lost as they will head back home.

I also think that Spurs underestimated the Hornets at the beginning of the series and did not take them as seriously as they took the Suns.

The Hornets missed a golden opportunity to have 3 wins in the series. The momentum is all Spurs now. It'll be interesting to see how the Hornets deal with the pressure of not wanting to be down 3-2.

I feel the same way about the Pistons.

Gut check time for the Hornets. David West and Peja must show they have the gumption to raise their game up when their season is on the line. Both of those guys need big games. I've said here many times that Peja is one of the all-time chokers ever and he's proving me right. Chris Paul will NOT be able to carry the Hornets on his back to a series win because the Hornets don't play defense well enough. They were pathetic again tonight.

If the Spurs Killer Bonzi actually impacted the game, it would be a different story. He is doing a good job as a roleplayer, husting for boards and hitting some shots. He hasn't performed up to his reputation in this series, though.

I don't know why people are dismissing the Hornets. Every game these two teams play(regular season and postseason) ends in a blowout. Who's to say New Orleans can't come back and destroy the Spurs in Game 5?
