I think a front court of scola at center, landry at power forward, and david andersen at small forward could actually work. i know david anderson at small forward sounds strange, but his mid range scoring at the sf position could really stretch the defense. he can create problems with his height at this position for certain players (even though he still cant defend), and plus his defense sucks too much to play the center position. his shooting can be very effective at other positions though. if he is that bad on the defensive end, being a 6th, 7th, or 8th man is always an option.

Maybe Dorsey is better then Pops i see no wrong doing in throwing Dorsey into the pack of wolves and let him progress atleast he has an NBA ready body to bang some. He could prove early on to be a rebounding machine atleast.

    Scola/Andersen/Pops
    Landry/Hayes/Dorsey
    Battier/Ariza/Budinger
    McGrady/Beck/Taylor
    Brooks/Lowry/Conroy

Looks like our 2nd and 3rd unit will be a better defensive squad.

    What about this squad.

    Scola
    Battier
    Ariza
    McGrady
    Brooks

I think what will hurt the most will be an inside presence on both sides of the ball, but our pick n roll defense will make up some of the defense some what without Yao.

    Our best Offense will be.

    Andersen
    Scola
    Budinger
    Beck
    McGrady

Pops is 6'9, but he plays 7 foot.

    Our best Defense will be.

    Dorsey
    Hayes
    Battier
    Ariza
    Lowry

Looks like Trevor was about to give Dorsey a facial.

I can't wait till the first Preseason game.

Not much substance with this post... just simply that I like the black practice gear... nice!

Chase will definitely be a asset to this team. Teams will kick themselves for passing on him. I'm still amazed he went so late. He has some problems, but the guy is too skilled not to be, at the very least, a quality player.
