Wait, did you really think the PS3 version would look like the PS4 version?? It sounds like you screwed yourself by not understanding the difference in consoles, and then conned them into giving you another game. Why didn't you just ask the original place for an exchange because you didn't like the game? I've done that before, and they were fine with it.
Nobody screwed you. Goodness, your attitude in going about this is horrible. First and foremost, what you're doing is fraud. You should have done the research, as another poster said. Secondly, if you wanted to be fraudulent, why didn't you just go back to Target in the first place, instead of trying to take advantage of Walmart? Afraid that Target was going to crap on your POS plan? "I didn't like it" shouldn't be an excuse, when returning open electronics. If you want to take advantage of such a policy, go to Gamestop and buy the used version of whatever you want to play. They have a 7-day "I didn't like it" return policy.
This is fraud. You weren't screwed by anyone. You screwed yourself and were somehow rewarded for it. you sound like a miserable person. This will eventually catch up to you.

Explain how what OP is doing, isn't outright fraud? OP buys game, not knowing the difference between PS3 and PS4 OP gets butthurt, and thinks the world owes him one OP first tries to screw Walmart and when that doesn't work, Target OP then comes on CF (instead of literally anywhere else) and asks for advice / complains how he got screwed. OP then gets mad when people point out how this is fraud. All this could have been prevented by a combination of: 1) Doing research 2) Renting the game first, from Redbox or another service (as 2k15 is fairly new)
Wow so many people are butthurt over me finding a way to return my game and paying for another one. For starters, I looked at sooo many videos of 2k15 and not one of them showed the PS3 version, he'll no video ever explained it was the ps4 version! Even the box has pictures from the ps4 one! I'm not the only one who has made this mistake you can look online and see everybody who bought this was downright dissapointed. Sorry that I hurt you guys lol
Regardless though, this thread was supposed to be about how 2k gimped on the "last" gen consoles for nba 2k15. I bought the 2k app after I returned the game and I can tell you that it is 99% the SAME with the only difference being that I can't play online. I guess it might be time for me and many others to switch over to next geb because developers are finally leaving last ten in the dust
Couldn't care less what happens to OP. He should know that what he did was wrong though. Ironic how you're labeling people as the "internet police," though, when you're trying to police too.
