Chicago Bulls 77.3 Los Angeles Clippers 77.2 San Antonio Spurs 77.0 Cleveland Cavaliers 76.5 Golden State Warriors 75.7 Charlotte Hornets 75.6 Los Angeles Lakers 75.2 Sacramento Kings 75.1 Washington Wizards 75.1 Miami Heat 75.0 Oklahoma City Thunder 75.0 Memphis Grizzlies 74.9 Denver Nuggets 74.9 Toronto Raptors 74.9 Dallas Mavericks 74.8 Indiana Pacers 74.8 Phoenix Suns 74.7 Brooklyn Nets 74.6 Atlanta Hawks 74.5 Boston Celtics 74.3 Portland Trailblazers 74.3 New York Knicks 74.2 New Orleans Pelicans 74.1 Houston Rockets 74.0 Detroit Pistons 73.9 Minnesota Timberwolves 73.7 Milwaukee Bucks 73.6 Orlando Magic 73.3 Utah Jazz 73.1 Philadelphia 76ers 71.2 Pretty low, but take away Gee and add Garcia & Dorsey and we'd probably be a bit higher. Terry I added but he's a 74 so that doesn't change much.
Averaging the ratings doesn't factor in time each rating plays/game. We don't have a great bench, so not surprising we are low when we just average ratings equally.
This is quite an accurate description of our roster. A couple of very high end talent, a couple of mediocre talent and a whole bunch of grade A scrubs and general fodder. Let's just hope that some of the scrubs elevate their play.
I don't get how Steph Curry will have a higher rating than James Harden. Harden has slightly better offensive stats, and neither of them are good on defense.
Hmm, seeing this roster lined up like this makes me realize how outside of the starting 5 you basically have unknowns at every spot including daniels as it remains to be seen if he can produce over a 82 game season. However if Dwight is 100% and Harden gets naturally better, should be enough to carry this team to the 2nd Round
10 worst though? It doesn't mean much at all, but it's interesting to see public perception of the current squad. Plus, all you have to do is turn off fatigue, then we won't need a bench!
Harden stayed the same as last year's initial ratings. Surprised Dwight dropped though. Doesn't really matter, ratings will change as the season progresses
2k14 Kostas Papanikolaou (SF) - 77 Also, didn't realize Josh Powell and Kostas have played on the same team before. Maybe Kostas Powell & Dorsey would have some instant chemistry in limited runs...
So Steph Curry, Kobe Bryant, Derrick Rose and Carmelo Anthiny are better or equal players than Howard and Harden. Okay... I always hated 2K's rating system. They don't treat certain aspects of the game equally. If someone is very clutch, his rating skyrockets over someone with a good consistency. Min my player, if you want a high ranking, upgrade your offensive/defensive awareness. Even if you're terrible at shooting or passing. Stuff like that really throws ratings out of whack.
